The six member Trust is chaired by Bruce Mildenhall. SSCT follows its Strategic Business Plan 2008 - 2010, which sets out the future direction for SSCT and its venues.
SSCT has also developed an environmental strategy which commits SSCT to continuous improvement in environmental management. Progress on both the Strategic Plan and the environmental strategy is detailed in the Annual Report.
