Chairman of the Trust – Bruce MildenhallMr Mildenhall is a strategic communication consultant with a long involvement in the community. He chairs the board of three not-for-profit organisations, was State MP for fourteen years and municipal councillor for nine. He is a former Manager, Facilities in the Department of Sport and Recreation and former Chairman of the State Swimming Centre. He is a recent graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |

SSCT Chief Executive Officer – Simon WeatherillSimon is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the State Sport Centres Trust, comprising of the Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre, the MSAC Institute of Training and the State Netball Hockey Centre. In addition to his extensive management experience, Simon has delivered major ‘greenfield site’ sporting facilities in Melbourne including the MSAC project, the SNHC project and the MSAC redevelopment; as well as the establishment of the MSAC Institute of Training. |

Carmel AckerlyMs Ackerly is a professional facilitator and consultant with qualifications in Accounting, Business and Education. She is a Certified Practising Accountant and has a Masters of Management with postgraduate qualifications in the area of adult education. She has recently joined the Board of Driver Education Centre Australia (DECA) and has operated her own training and management consultancy company for eight years. |

Andrew FriedMr Fried has his own management consulting business. He works with companies to help them analyse information and shape strategies that will drive their success. Previously, Mr Fried was a Partner with IBM Japan and a Director with Accenture. He has spent the majority of his career working in Europe, the US and Japan. He has a Masters of Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He is also Treasurer of the Hawksburn Tennis Club. |

Gaye HamiltonMrs Hamilton has science and education qualifications and has worked at a senior level in Education and Cultural/Tourism organisations. She currently sits on a range of boards, including the Western Bulldogs Football Club, the Queen Victoria Women’s Centre Trust and Zoos Victoria. Her board work is combined with project and consultancy work in a range of related areas. |

Nicole LivingstoneMs Livingstone was a member of the Australian Olympic Swimming team for 12 years, during which she competed at three Olympics and three Commonwealth Games. She is a triple Olympic medallist and six times gold medallist at the Commonwealth Games. Since retiring in 1996 Nicole has worked in all forms of sports media, including Channel Nine’s Wide World of Sports (1994- 2008) and is currently with Channel Ten’s Digital Sports Network, ‘ONE HD’; who are the broadcast partner to Swimming Australia Limited. She chairs the Community Advisory Committee on Positive Body Image. |

Mark NaughtonMr Naughton is a Director and Principal of Planning and Property Partners Pty Ltd, a specialist and environmental law practice. Previously, Mr Naughton headed up Minter Ellison’s town planning and environmental law practice and remains a Law Institute of Victoria accredited specialist in environmental, planning and local government law. |
